ISV Business Development Representative (Healthcare)

Sphere is looking to immediately hire a full-time,in-house ISV Business Development Representative (Healthcare) into our Sales team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our ISV Business Development team. This role is responsible for revenue growth and development within select, strategic partners (Healthcare ISVs) by developing the account strategy and executing a plan to recruit and drive the Sphere solution to new ISV partners. The Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a self-starter.


  • Develop and execute a plan for recruiting new healthcare ISVs and align with marketing and technical experts to create targeted outbound campaigns
  • Achieve KPIs and corporate targets, and objectives as outlined by the business
  • Prepare and present Sphere program proposals, pricing and capabilities to prospective ISV partners
  • Structure partnerships, negotiate contracts, and establishes sales strategies with partners to drive additional revenue opportunities
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, using a consultative sales approach
  • Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passion and commitment for sales and partner success
  • Strong technical aptitude and a desire to work in healthcare channels
  • 4 years’ experience in prospecting clients
  • Proven track record for achieving quota in technology sales
  • Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Must possess a broad and in-depth understanding of the payments industry

Working Conditions

  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Travel Required

  • Up to 30%
